18 | The Ultimate Weight Loss Episode - Learning to Recognize, Release & Lose The [Mental] Weight For Good

Summertime is upon us and we know all too well that “losing weight” can quickly become a part of everyone’s goals. In this episode, we aren’t addressing physical weight loss tips, but taking a deeper dive in how to release and lose the mental weight. 

 

The weight of other people’s opinions, fear of failure and self-sabotage has quickly become a weight that we have learned to carry year after year, and for some, even decades. This all stops today. I want to invite you in honest reflection to take a step backwards in finding the root of these “weights” in the desire to release them so you can “live lighter” and with more freedom. 

 

I share an exercise at the end of the episode that will help you recognize, release and lose the mental weight for good. I hope that you will take action in it and begin to see the lasting change take place in your life, from the inside out.
